q)What is your favorite medium?

a)Acrylic paint on canvas with black and white colouring.

q)What is your current favorite subject?

a)For a long time I have been busy to scrutinise the dark side and the
abysses of the human existence.
The point is to show relentlessly the things behind the things,
or much better to show the things behind the language.
But certainly in the process the painting is at all times my favorite subject.

q)How long does it take for you to finish a piece?

a)That vary from half an hour to one year.

such in numbers.

a)No day without buttermilk!

q)What is your best piece of advice for those who would like to rise in their level of artistry?

a)The very best is to face up to oneself fears.

q)What inspires you to keep going when the work gets frustrating or tough?

a)To win is to lose – to lose is to win.

q)How do you describe your work to those who are unfamiliar with it?

a)People who can't do anything with my work, I can´t explain them nothing too. It is out of our hands.

a)Brushes of every description, black and white colour and canvas.

q)Who are your influences?

a)Formerly I was very impressed by Anselm Kiefer, also Joseph Beuys, but more his energy, his aesthetics and the person. In my youth I loved Otto Dix, the late works of Lovis Corinth and also William Turner. During my scholastics I descry the abstract expressionism with artist like Pollock and de Kooning and quite sure the great painters of the Italian Renaissance. But the most influence was and is my own life.

q)What inspires you to create?

a)The wonderful feeling of freedom, to be myself, the courage and the challenge to express my heartstrings. The brain work and the awareness by the sensual sense.
